These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and stays at properties operated by Abantu Hospitality Limited.

 

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Abantu Hospitality.

Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed once confirmation has been issued by the hotel or its authorised booking provider.

 

Rates

Rates are quoted in the currency shown at the time of booking.

Rates may vary depending on dates, room type, occupancy, availability, promotions and booking conditions.

Any taxes, levies or additional charges will be shown where applicable.

 

Payment

Payment requirements may vary according to the rate or package booked.

The applicable deposit, advance payment or payment-on-arrival conditions will be communicated during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.

 

Cancellation and No-Shows

Cancellation conditions may vary according to the rate, promotion or booking channel used.

The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking will apply to that reservation.

Where a reservation is made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation conditions agreed through that platform will apply.

Failure to arrive without cancelling the reservation may result in a no-show charge in accordance with the confirmed booking conditions.

 

Check-In

Guests may be required to provide valid identification when checking in.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in where required information or payment cannot be provided.

 

Check-Out

Standard check-out times will be confirmed by the hotel.

Late check-out is subject to availability.

Where offered:

  • Late check-out until 14:00 may be provided without charge, subject to availability.
  • Check-out between 14:00 and 17:00 may be charged at USD 50.
  • Check-out after 17:00 may be charged at the full applicable nightly room rate.

 

Children and Additional Guests

Room occupancy limits must be respected.

Any charges relating to additional guests, children or extra beds will be confirmed when booking or at the hotel.

 

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, hotel staff and hotel property.

Abantu Hospitality reserves the right to require a guest to leave the property where behaviour is unsafe, threatening, seriously disruptive or unlawful.

 

Damage to Hotel Property

Guests may be charged for loss or damage to hotel property caused deliberately or through negligence during their stay.

 

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Where hotel safes or secure storage facilities are provided, guests are encouraged to use them for valuables.

 

Hotel Facilities

Some facilities may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, operational requirements or circumstances outside the hotel’s reasonable control.
